Please Note: Filling out this form does not mean Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society can take in your animal. We rely on foster homes to be available to take in animals. We will try to place your animal in our foster program as quickly as possible if we have open space. In addition to filling out this form, please send a photo of your pet to smallanimals.iwar@gmail.com with your name attached so we can try to place your animal. Applications will not be accepted without photographs.
Please try to re-home your animal on your own or contact other rescues, they may have space available in their foster programs.
With each surrender, we kindly request a donation of their supplies or a monetary donation in lieu of, which goes towards covering supply costs.
Other donations are to cover the costs of a vet check, vaccinations, microchips and the cost of spaying/neutering.
Once this form is complete please email a photo of your animal(s) needing to be surrendered to smallanimals.iwar@gmail.com. This helps our Foster Home Coordinator to place animals into appropriate foster homes.
Please be as honest as possible in filling out this form as it ensures the animal(s) is going into the appropriate foster home. Additionally, if your animal(s) has any vet records, please ensure you provide them to the rescue as these are essential to your animal’s health. (So we can avoid double-vaccinating etc.) Please include a good photograph of your animal.
Once Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society intakes your animal(s), you surrender all ownership rights to Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society.
